Mobile Application Management Policies - Device Setup
To access work applications such as Teams and Outlook on your mobile devices follow these steps:
Android:
You must install the Company Portal app on your phone (or have it installed already). Please note. You will NOT need to log into or enroll your device with the Company Portal app, it only needs to be installed.

Follow the link or find it in the Google Play Store to install it:

Now open Outlook (or Teams) back up and you will see the the App confirming its status.

Next, this screen verifies your device's status is healthy and up to date to access the application:

You will then need to create a PIN:

After the PIN is set, access to your applications is granted. You will be required to enter you PIN about once a week to maintain access.
iOS:
iOS does NOT require the Company Portal app installed.
When you first open Outlook or Teams, etc, you will be prompted that the data is protected and you need to restart the app.

If you do not have a PIN on your device, you will be required to set one up.

If you use FaceID, you will be asked if you'd like to use it, as well.

After that is set up, your app is protected and you can use it as normal.

If you experience any issues, please open a ticket with the help desk.
When Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies are enforced, screenshot functionality is disabled within managed applications. Additionally, copy-and-paste actions are restricted to other applications within the managed app environment, ensuring secure data handling and compliance with organizational policies.
